Meet Suzi

Suzi's journey to mindfulness began with the tragic loss of a close family member, followed by the pain of watching a loved one's path into addiction. Developing the practice of being in the present moment, and building an awareness of the breath, has led to greater peace, inner wisdom, and loving kindness. Suzi believes that through the practice of mindfulness we bring peace, thoughtfulness, and love into every interaction in our daily lives, creating a ripple effect touching everyone along the way.
